Coosur packs an average of 150,000 tons of oil per year, following thorough processes from the first phase of production until the product reaches the store to guarantee the quality of our oils. Our oil comes from more than 1,500 Spanish mills and cooperatives, with 80% of them located in the province of Jaén, the cradle of olive oil. We preselect more than 18,000 samples which go through 50,000 analytical controls before being approved and, finally, we select the 7,200 best samples to make our oils. We carry out more than 200 quality controls daily in order to guarantee that our customers get our products in perfect conditions, preserving all their attributes, benefits and nutritional properties.
